What kind of results can I expect, and how long will it take?


This depends on your starting point, experience, and the effort you put in. A great target is losing around 1-2 lb (500g-1kg) per week or gaining ½ lbs (250g) per week. Strength improvements tend to be rapid at first, then steady—aiming for a few extra reps or adding 10 lbs (5 kg) per month is a solid benchmark.


How much communication and support will I receive?


That depends on the program you choose. I know you’ll need more guidance at the start, which is why my MasterClass includes daily task checklists and weekly 1-on-1 video calls to ensure everything is covered. However, my ultimate aim is to make you self-sufficient. If you reach a point where you just need a structured plan without regular check-ins, the Essential program is perfect for that. Basically, you get as much or as little support as you need!


What if I need to cancel or pause my membership?


If you need to cancel, just let me know—you won’t be charged for another billing cycle beyond that day (as payments are made four weeks in advance). I don't offer the option to pause memberships, but if you cancel completely, I can’t guarantee a spot in the MasterClass, as spaces are limited to ensure enough attention to each current client.


Do I need any special equipment or a gym membership?


At the very least, I recommend getting a suspension trainer if you’re training at home—it makes a huge difference in what you can achieve. A gym membership is my preferred option, and whichever gym you choose will likely be enough for our coaching.
